“I am really appreciative of your time and expertise and it was honestly the best thing I did for myself during my pregnancy. I really looked forward to the sessions not only as you were always able to solve the issue I was having that week but were a really good laugh as well and cheered me up on days when I felt terrible! Thanks”

“I saw Helen twice before Christmas (I was very emotional, wrongly thought I had a prolapse and wanted to return to the gym after having my baby a few months ago).

I’ve been back to the gym twice now, taking it easy, every muscle in my body hurts! BUT, I have had no pelvic floor symptoms since I saw you. I’m on cloud 9 thank you so much. I have recommended you to everyone who will listen!”

“Helen, I just wanted to thank you for all of the physio work that you provided me with over the course of the year that I saw you. As someone who never had to experience the type of physiotherapy that you carry out, I feel very lucky to have gone through the process with you.

You are incredible at your job – so knowledgeable, caring and always put me at ease, as I was generally incredibly nervous going in to see you. I know I was attending physio with you after just coming through a pretty bad breakup of a long-term relationship, but I’m so glad to tell you that I met someone fantastic back at the end of 2019 and thankfully my “problem” has resolved and I’m almost pain-free. I really didn’t think I’d get to this stage and thought that I’d always feel like I was “insufficient” as a partner and without your expertise, it wouldn’t have been possible to feel the opposite.

Any patient that is fortunate enough to come under your care should know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and you’ll help them through it!”
